Why aren't pharm companies looking here?

Because this forum would sink into a cesspit of meth synth questions from people who couldn't pass 8th grade science, for one reason.
 
Meh, that's not keeping them away. If there was much demand for that sort of thing, we'd still be getting them, and they'd just get deleted. You really think brand new members are going to follow the rules better than us?

I have to doubt that.

Long time members break the rules regularly with synth discussion. Greenlighters do it even more! Well, then they get flamed and leave...
 
Seriously thou, does anyone want to try and file a patent on some of our stuff? That or synth/assay some of the stuff and get some genuine research out there! (I prefer option 2)
 
That sounds like a poor idea. If you file a patent on a recreational drug, it would then become known by the government. Assuming you file a patent on a non-recreational drug, and someone infringes upon the patent, do you have the money to afford lawyers to back up said patent?
 
I don't see a positive risk-benefit analysis for that idea coming..

Though if you saw something that had really strong marketability (for migraine or anxiety or pain or whatever- those last two represent conditions which get the most prescriptions issued every year for- Xanax and Vicodin have been near the top of the most prescribed drugs every year!).

The thing is that we never really know exactly what one of these compounds will do and even if it isnt recreational, it might be the next overlooked superdrug.

BL has wonderful members with lots of actual experience, academic and otherwise. The majority of ADD regs fit that profile.

As if you couldn't figure that out from the level of discourse here? Take a look at the threads. They're not a bunch of amatuers rambling like you see at other forums (entheogen comes to mind).

I bet you don't realize shit. Has anyone even had the common sense of thinking literaly ABOUT this thread? I mean I could explain but it's one of those things that aren't said so you figure it out yourself. Or are you also pretending? Whatever. I hate when people pretend to be unaware or a fool on regard to these kinds of things.

Ok, you have all the answers, you're right. This forum pumps out all kinds of data for all kinds of drugs but none of them are suitable for pharmaceutical use. Yes, we agree. You can move on now.
 
I bet if those pharm companies would look after the best recreational drug possible we'd be in for a blast... Gimme some 2C-Roche!!

I have no freaking idea what you're talking about. Other than insulting the members of this forum, I don't know what the hell it is you're talking about.

You actually go around and figure out the sorts of credentials ADD regs have, and you tell me they're "mal succeeded chemists" and "Shulgin wannabe's." You're obviously a little ignorant on the subject.

And have the common sense to do it through PMs, no one wants their credentials made public here.
 
Do you want to make this a poll? We can see who agrees that ADD regulars are highly intelligent in their fields (and that their fields are relevant to ADD discussion) vs. those who don't?
 
Nevermind all of this, I was fooling myself thinking that you knew what I was talking about and that you were pretending not to by creating diversion posts, but just from reading the above posts and ratiotinating a bit I understood I was illuding myself.
 
Yep, you're absolutely correct. I may spend a lot of time here, but I'm not going to spend time decoding cryptic posts for hidden insults.

Of what value could it be if it's not something you're willing to post here outright? BL doesn't exactly censor much- and Vector is always very fair- unless it's 2girls1cup or rude/insulting posts, pretty much everything is allowed.

If it's something besides trite insults of bluelighters, ADD regs in particular, don't bother, but if it's somehow so valuable and important that it can't be said here, feel free to PM me.
