It's only if you have experienced anaphylaxis from any of the ingredients in the vaccine, or from any vaccines in general, in the past. It's not like if you have a peanut allergy and have been in anaphylaxis before, it has any bearing on the vaccine.
I wouldn't be so sure. I mean I'm the last person to spread vaccine hysteria. If you have a history of anaphylaxis, you're going to be at risk of having it from the vaccine. It's highly unlikely that it'll be lethal or anything. But it is a greater risk to my understanding.
