good job, but lemme just troll you real quick. quoting modest mouse, "who would wanna be such an asshole?" God is big business, especially christian god. it's just another way to get through the day...like a drug. Another quick quote for ya, "Religion is the opiate of the people," by my man Karl Marxxx.

Im afraid humanity has confused you. you should not confuse religion with God, religion is a man made thing as a side effect of spirituality IMO, ie groups of like-minded spiritual people who congregate together. As humans are flawed, as such religion will forever be flawed. I hate when christians say "JESUS IS GOD, HE CAME HERE TO SAAVE YOU ARRG WAAAAA WAAA" My response: As if a supreme being would manifest himself in a fleshy body that needs water, has to shit etc.!! The Quran states jesus was sent as a messenger. Words written a long time ago, then translated, then interperated... Language can be fatal for us.

No such thing as a "christian God" if we are to speak on scientific terms there can only be 1 infinite entity to exist, hence the islamic god, christian god, etc must all be the same. This can be confirmed by reading the bible, and quran. In fact alot of the Quran recounts alot of the stores/leasons of the bible. this is why i personally appose religion but certainly believe in a supreme creator, i have my proof which is real and scares me sometimes. Read some stephen hawkings books on the universe, astro physics etc. facinating stuff when combined with spirituality (not religion) I expect no devine reward for giving a homeless man some change hahaha thats ignorant dude. dont be so simple minded. I believed in God the moment i nearly crossed over to death, and feared 'him' ever since, i have my faith, and you have yours. Im on this planet where evil has its thrown, and where we have been given free will.

Anyways this is about someone else asking for help, so let us not try and prove one another, i have my faith and you have yours, (even if its in a human who wrote a book or read some books himself) upon death we shall see what has availed us

This only works if you assume multiple realities don't exist, and they may well. Even then there are issues with that theory. And hey I believe in a higher power too, I'm not saying your conclusion is wrong. But it's definitely not helpful for atheists if that's what the OP is. And that's fine too imo. For those of us that find comfort in some level of faith, that's great, but I've seen enough to know it doesn't work for all.

Good point, i believe multiple realities can exist, space/time gets deep. Humans have words like "fate". But i agree....doesnt work for all, some people need a ghost to punch them in the face to believe in spirits.

Great point, nowadays doctors gives names to things that were once normal "bi-polar disorder type 3f4e" (for example)...na she just gets moody sometimes. and thereby we believe we have a flaw, rather then a trait or something our brain produced via the way we were nurtured. So true - if we make it, we should be able to destroy it!? ...Mind over matter
