I just realized in the middle
of the night...
moving from Florida to Hawaii
doesn't do much for me
that this paradise
doesn't cover up my void
the distance
doesn't make up for the loniness
& I still don't know
what I want to do with my life
But I've known of this
undying feeling, for you
since it started...
it hasn't changed
Maybe it's the only one thing
I've truly felt & believed in
I can't help but to want
to go home
to maybe one day
stumble into you
on some distant avenue
& gaze for a moment...
& maybe
my life is depending
on that maybe
that any of this
could happen.
