i've done it both ways, and i have to say the weed does not help the actual juggling but it helps me enjoy it.

I haven't juggled high, but I spin fire poi high all the time (look 'em ep). After weed, pills, 2C-B, alcohol etc. It's fun, much better than when you're sober because you watch the fire and it's so mesmerising you don't have to stop and think about the tricks you're doing, you just stare at the fire and watch it twirl around. It's a must for pyromaniac pillheads!
