you might also try smoking pot along with benzos. The benzos will help with the paranoia of the weed. The pot will help with the anger issues. If you can't get a script for benzos they can be purchased on the net. Phenazopam is cheap as dirt and legal, more traditional benzos aren't legal but probably the worst that will happen is customs seizes them.

It seems pretty obvious to me that the person who should decide what meds you should have - if any - is a good psychologist. You haven't mentioned any sort of therapy, which, as much as people can be adverse to it, should be your first step.

Pills won't TEACH you how to cope with or control your anger, nor will they unlock the inner nice guy trapped inside the asshole - this is what a good therapist will help you do and if they think pills will help, then you can be more confident that it will help and is the right choice.

Pills without guidance and a better understanding of what makes you tick will be like a bandaid on a knife wound - helpful but not a real solution.

Suck it up, find a shrink, talk it out and then see about pills.

It works. But only if you really are interested In fixing yourself.
