Heroin white powder heroin / White tar heroin (almost tar?)

I got some white powdered heroin, it tastes a little sweet so it might be cut with sugar, but when this powder absorbed moisture it stuck together like black tar heroin. It was sticky and squishy. It trails like black tar, but tastes very very strange. Any input on what this is.... I shot it and smoked it, and it deff gets you high.
