Whippets cannister not delivering?

So I just got this whipped cream dispenser and 300 of those little whippets from source deleted. For some reason I can't manage to get any high out of them not even for five seconds. I tried filling up those punching bad balloons and using those instead, but still I can't get any satisfaction. Am I doing something wrong? I thought you were just supposed to suck on the tank.

I am not sure if this is trolling or what. If you are not feeling anything from the whippets then you must have accidentally bought the CO2 cartridges that are for soda. I know what website you are speaking of because I deleted it and I can assure you they have quality and they carry both N2O and CO2 if you are inhaling the gas through functioning lungs then theres no trick involved.

Make sure yours are a N2O brand and not a CO2 brand by Googling the name.
