Whim Hoff method before DMT is awesome!!

I did about 10 rounds of the Whim Hoff method(the iceman, basically controlled hyperventilation) before trying my DMT this afternoon. Made it so that there was no pre blast off anxiety and the transition was super smooth. Sadly I didn't breakthrough due to poor smoking technique, but I'm going to try again tomorrow. This after glow is wonderful though... anyways try the Whim Hoff method before you blast off, it's a good way to improve mindset before the journey.
