My immune system seems to be pretty fucked recently. I'm sick way too often.
The daily kratom intake & the weekly stimulant sessions don't seem to help.

Apart from going to a physician & doing a checkup - which supplements are you recommending / taking yourself to boost immunity?

I sometimes use zinc, vit B12, selen & vit D3 (during winter) & omega 3.

Maybe some fungal beta-glucanes?

More broad spectrum of a stack but with immunity in mind..

Creatine (10g) (Mitochondria)

Retinol (800ug) (Major building block)

Vitamin D3 (55ug) (Major for everything)

K2-MK7 (100ug) (As above)

Omega 3 (1080mg) (Broken record, as above)

L-Methylfolate (400ug) (I’m terrible for having days with just wheat/potato/ cheese/ and meat- I’m British if you couldn’t tell)

Magnesium (374mg) (Blend of Taurate, Malate, Gylcinate and L Threonate for supposed full spectrum, body and mind blah blah)

Copper (1mg) (high zinc diet with low copper, big for immunity)

Astaxanthin (1.5mg) (potent antioxidant)

(Special mention, daily orange juice or drinks fortified with absorbic acid)

X1 Weekly

Benfotiamine (400mg) (Fat soluble and highly antioxidant like Thiamine)

CDP-Choline (500mg) (Replinish Acetylcholine from my slightly low choline diet + Methylphenidate and Nicotine Use, long half life so only once a week)

Boron (10mg) (bone health etc, could take a smaller dose daily but I’m lazy and I’m risking taking only a top up once per week as I can have a very high quality brand (Timehealth) bottle that’s only £25 last however many weeks it is (90+?)

Tocotrienols (125mg) (Supposed potent Version of Vitamin E, alleged to be safer than the other supplement form and higher antioxidant acitivity, fat soluble so I get my Daily RDA across the week)

Omega 3 (1080mg) (Broken record, as above)
Have a look into how mitochondrial cardiolipin is damaged by PUFAs. The PUFAs can have many questionble effects apart from mitochondrial dysregulation.
This post goes straight into it:

These links give a broader context on the metabolic/mitochondrial influences of different fats.

Yeah I have heard this before, but thanks for providing more material for me to read.

This isn’t a worthy measure but I do feel better on omega 3s, but I take Algae Oil as allegedly it’s less sensitive to oxidation but that could be a money making scheme.

I’ve even heard before from a more radical perspective that Humans do not need Polyunsaturated fats at all.

Small amounts do exist regardless in animal products.

?count every cent.....what a supplement what a shit...struggling for basic needs is first-food,bills,fuel....university for my daughter.....despite she must not pay, cause got maximun points from high school and examines......what a shithole :(

Yes, we do naturally produce our own omega fat called mead acid. The tiny mount of omega 3/6 and EPA/DHA/ALA/GLA from normal foods is enough to meet the bodies needs.
At this point i'd say to question the rationale of whoever officially renamed them to "essential fatty acids" and set a supersized RDA (see links in my previous post).
Especially seeing how they poison mitochondrial cardiolipin AND promote the stress response (cortisol, adrenaline). This is the last thing someone using (or recovering from) drugs needs!
