which opiate has worst wd's?

I've come off OC and Dilaudid habits. Those w/d last longer. OC has pretty damn bad depression associated with it- not as intense as tram but longer lasting. I came off dilaudid after my mom died so I was already pretty fucking bummed even without dilaudid so I'm not sure what to say about that one. I remember feeling so.....hollow...

Another thing I can't stand is people actually complaining about the taste of pod tea. My pod tea barely has any taste at all except a slight earthy flavor and sweetness from the sugar. But I see people here claiming that theirs taste so foul it triggers a gag reflex/puking shortly after drinking it.

Maybe because I'm use to kratom being the worst tasting tea ever, but pods in comparison to kratom are a joke. Its just very mild imo.

lol BO, I remember the first time I tried poppy tea thinking to myself "Wow, this shit tastes great compared to kratom!" I remember days where I sat there trying to slug down kratom and on more than one occasion I puked JUST from the taste. That stuff would turn my stomach into a tight ball and was just awful. The pod tea, while not delicious, was certainly palatable and sugar made it easy to drink. I am guilty of using A LOT of sugar though in my tea, I used to buy a couple pounds of sugar like every 2 weeks, lol

I do want to note also my first time cold turkeying from pods I got through it extremely fast. And this was after 2 years of use too so its why I assume I have an ultrafast metabolism. The physical wds were intense but also only lasted about 5 days, by day 6 most had subsided. And by day 10 this may sound weird but I felt 100%.

I never got hit with PAWS or anxiety, or 90% of the stuff people talk about the apparently lasts weeks after getting off them. It was very clean and quick, yet still very intense and painful.

Hmm... if I'm honest my experience was a lot more negative. I took off about a solid week of work and used phenazepam during that critical time. When I returned to work I had about a week of sobriety and it was a rough week to say the least. Although the withdrawals started to get better after the first week, it took at least 14 days before I could say I was even 75% better.

I had similar problems with metabolism, especially during the last 4 or 5 months of use. I made it for at least a year before the duration started to really shorten up on me, and near the end I would sometimes make large doses of tea only to find that within 12 hours I was getting sick again. I think that within 48 hours I was probably in full withdrawal. It's interesting how much of a different experience we had after 2 years of addiction to the same substance, but of course there is no way of knowing who took in more "opium" or how severe our addictions were. Also, withdrawal is so subjective. It may seem worse to me because I have chronic pain and it's just awful when going through withdrawal.
