Which is your favourite lift?

Mine is overhead press (standing). I just love lifting heavy stuff above my head.

Second favourite are squats (yes really). Probably because they feel natural to me and I can lift a decent amount of weight on them.

So how about you guys?

To me my favorite lifts are the ones that make me look the best (bis, tris, chest, abs, back) some call them the easy lifts but I do it for the girls:) i've done my my fair share of the lifts you listed in a 5A back2back2back football stat championship high school, 4 year letter varsity player, so you better believe we busted our asses and got me burnt out on the essential body core lifts unfortunately. But you listed great lifts there, keep up the good work!
 
That's totally understandable and as far as I'm concerned it's not the easy way out. Dieting to have low bf and look good is much harder than eating and doing heavy compounds. At least for me. The only people that bother me in gyms are the ones that have that douche bag attitude going for them (aka 'my goal is the only worthwhile' all of you other guys are losers). Luckily my gym doesn't have many of those guys and the looks/strength/casual crowds get along great.
 
Btw, my gym motto is 'as long as you're not bothering other peoples workout do whatever you want'. So curling 30 pounds in the only squat rack = bar, benching because you like how it shapes your chest = all good man.
 
I really like military press it makes me look pretty big in almost all areas (except my legs). I also really like shrugs, and seated bicep curls.
 
I would have to say any type of compound lift that works more than once muscle. I hate isolations.
 
^^HAhaha yeah....true story, this one guy at my gym comes in and does an hour, i shit you not, AN HOUR straight of the same standing bicep curl. His biceps are kinda big and the rest of his body is small as fuck...lol...
