i've only seen a few of these and the ones i have seen it's been a long time so i hardly remember them. :\

Loved A Passage to India, loved Bridge on the River Kwai even more. But for mine, Lawrence of Arabia shits on them. It is my favourite movie of all time. Incredible performances, incredible settings, incredible story. Masterful directing.

There will never be a more epic movie. A movie like Lawrence would not eventuate in the modern film industry.

i have a soft spot for 'the bridge on the river kwai' but i had to vote for 'lawrence of arabia'. it defines the word epic.

I went with Bridge. My dad introduced it to me when I was young and I've loved it ever since.

i only remember parts of oliver twist and bridge over river kwai.

Not seen Lawrence? It is a must. You do need 4 hours to spare though.
