I took some inositol tonight before bed and then half an hour later took a higher dose of seriphos. Also have relora in the mix but those are the only two i upped the dose. Which one is causing me to wake up in my sleep and have major restless leg. I have heard of seriphos having a paradoxical effect..or is it the inositol resensitizing everything?
