Where to get the points seen on Pulp Fiction

So I watched pulp fiction, and in the scene where he purchased some H, and he loaded up, he used a glass hypodermic needle, and a threaded metal needle that he screwed on. Anyone know where to get these? I googled it and didnt see much. either my Google skillz arent what they use to be, or they're just hard to find.

Okay, that's actually kind of badass. As a ritual addict I appreciate this with all my little decorative spoons and whatnot.

I agree, insulin syringes are probably far more comfortable and easy to use, but this might make a nice mantelpiece or some shit
