hey mshelp, sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation.

You do need to seek help though and it sounds like soon.

if you feel like you need someone to talk to, call this number 1-800-273-8255

its a national suicide prevention line, but dont mistake the name. They will talk to you about any issues your having. They can direct you towards other options you may want to explore. They can talk things over with you and hopefully calm you down.
Check back in! Hope your ok <3

Once I used the Samaritans. I'm not quite sure of your geographical location, but the Samaritans offer help for anyone. http://www.samaritans.org/

Check it out :) They helped me tremendously. It's nice to just have someone to talk. I e-mailed someone and I always got a prompt reply. They were so helpful, understanding, and non judgmental.

Feel free to PM me..my inbox is always open.

Take care and I hope things look up for you soon hun. xx

Therapists as well can do wonders, and if you're looking to end your drug use NA can be a wonderful resource to some people.

When you say that you feel trapped in your body, did you mean as in your gender? I'm not transgender but I am gay and have online friends who are transgender. This might not be an issue for you at all, I apologize if so, but if you think it is there are many places online you can go for support. One thing I can say from experience is please let your husband know how you feel. If you are attracted to him great, but if you aren't don't hide it from him. Sending someone mixed signals can be a serious problem for some people.

Coming to grips with my homosexuality and not being able to have a "traditional" family is something I'm trying to work through as well. I know there are several avenues, but somehow I don't think I will feel as connected with an adopted child. I also sometimes feel guilt that my bloodline will most likely end with me.

Here at least you have somewhere to vent and let off steam. As far as professional help if you have insurance call them and ask them to find someone in your area you can talk to?
