where to buy spice gold??

i've been looking online to find a place to buy some spice gold that will ship to the USA. Spice isn't really that great alone, but mixed with weed it gets you fucking high...

i found this post..

and it recommends a product called Splice, but it has no indication of being the same as spice? anyone have experience with splice?
