ie where can you pay a doctor to prescribe you what you want?

Peru? Bolivia? Panama? Mexico?

And can these prescriptions be filled in Australia?

^dude made a thread bout costa rica awhile back

he found a crooked Dr there

but that doesnt mean all costa rican Drs will be

hell you can find crooked docs in america or Oz
 
Good luck getting an Australian pharmacist to fill a prescription from South America (just so you know, Mexico is in North America...)
