Where in S.A. is the safest (HARM REDUCTION QUESTION ) to hypothetically use H & Coke

Bolivia, Colombia & Peru or Venezuela, Brazil & Costa Rica? Safety is the main issue here.
 
What does this have to do with harm reduction? You can't just toss the phrase in the title. Please explain the correlation and *specifically* what you're asking if you'd like this to remain open :)
 
harm reduction means sharing knowledge to make the use of a drug safer since people will use them anyway. this question is asking "which of these countries is it easiest to break the law in, or which overzealous anti-drug authorities will lock you up for the least amount of time in a grimey south american prison?" from what i understand the first three you mentioned are the type of place where you never want to be involved with drugs in, especially being a foreigner.

bluelight is here to make the drugs themselves safer, not for tips on how to illegally source them in unfamiliar places.
 
When my roomie went to Colob, he saw 2 girls trying to sneak H out of the country. One of the girls got a beating immediately (the one muling) and he told me she was hanged publicly, the other girl he never saw.

I wouldn't want to be in any of those prisons. If you're talking about smuggling drugs out of any of those countries, HR or not, you're not thinking straight. If you're talking just using, I'd assume if you use in the privacy of your own place you've got nothing to worry about.

There is a reason I used the term harm reduction. I have basically made it a personal challenge to see whether or not i can start a topic on this issue with out some over zealous power happy admin closing the thread down. the last time this happened they sited this site is for harm reduction & if I have nay quams or need help on how to post after reading the rules & regs of the site then i should PM them. Which I did to no avail.
So I took it upon myself to add that pretty unnecessary phrase in there.

It can not be considered sourcing because the source is already known. Also IT IS about harm reduction because GETTING BUSTED IS HARMFUL.

About the first three being the worst as far as draconian laws are concerned. Yes maybe, but that is when you do in fact get busted. Otherwise I heard there is a booming Narcotourism developing over there & as long as you are in your hotel room or rented apartment & keep the peace then you should be alright. I just wanted opinions seconding that or contradicting that point of view so as to be as informed as possible.
 
Plain and simple, this doesn't fit within the purpose of the site. Harm Reduction means keeping people informed and preventing unnecessary risk associated with substance abuse - you can spin the issue and claim knowing if a vendor's product is pure is HR, knowing if a spot is safe is HR, knowing how to pass a urine screen and avoid prison is HR but we're pretty clear about the purpose of the site and it's evident you need to familiarize yourself with what this site is about more.

There are other drug forums out there without the standards and strict guidelines that we have here and those might be more up your alley.

Whining about staff enforcing rules and protocol that are clearly laid out for you isn't helping your cause. If you'd like to further discuss this, please feel free to private message me. If you keep starting inappropriate threads, you will have your access limitation for periods of increasing duration.
