I'm just confused as to why somebody high on meth is considered spun, geeked or twacked. The only thing that makes sense to me would be if your vision would spin when you do meth, but I am quite familiar with meth and have never felt that kind of sensation.

I've always heard"spun" and "spun out" used interchangeably, and my understanding of the term is that it means generally disoriented from drugs, non specifically. Another variation is "spunion" which is someone who is way too fucked up usually in a musical festival setting. And I've never heard of anyone on meth at any festival I've Been to. I'm sure it happens lol, but I've never heard that term used to refer to a tweaker (I am not using this slang derogatorily BTW)

I imagine "twacked" is a portmanteau of "tweak" and "wack" as in wacked out, wacky etc.

Spun often does affect particularly in the musical festival culture refer in fact more often to LSD than methamphetamine but on the west coast and other areas where MA predominantes I imagine if you tell people you respond they'll think your on meth; just that spinning feeling, well, two different spinning patterns I guess

Personally, when I use.. I occasionally feel like I can't get anything done.. Like I'm running in circles pointlessly.. Like someone spun me around blindfolded and I'm dizzy but with focus.. And then I'm like oh I'm just spun haha
