Opioids where da fuck can i find some ppl to buy my ocs where should i look?

I want to know some tips on finding fellow opiate users. most people would say go to places junkies would be like homeless shelters parks rehab programs and talking to people but i live in hawaii and those places r filled with mentaly retarded psychotic meth addicts. meth is a big problem over here and i feel meth addicts are on adifferent level of crazy compared to opiate ppl. Back when i used to sell i sold to friends of friends that were usually teenagers or college kids, i wouldnt say their smart for fucking with pills but at least their smart enough to spend their money on that rather than getting extremeley fucked up on meth for less money. I was thinking of going to rehab programs but they cost money and ive been to one before and there were three kids that were into pills out of fifty meth addicts. i been to detox at a hospital before and seems like alot of ppl wanted to score there. thats my dilemma im desperate for money and its hard tk find the right crowd. maybe i should try to find an ecstacy dealer and try to sell them to him or ask if he knows who would buy them. this might actuAlly work cause im letting go oc eighties for *snip* which i would consider cheap... this is not sourcing btw cause im not asking for specific things or trying to find customers on here im just asking for suggestions o where to look. any feedback greatly apreciated
