After both the boxes of bulbs and cracker.
Please dont tell me "try a supermarket in the confectionary section" or "chef supply shops" etc. I am after an address or specific supermarket.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Release Sarah Tonin! Release Sarah Tonin!

Not sure if this is absolutely correct, but one of the rules on Bluelight to not to post up any names of any sort of drug suppliers (including bulbs and bulberators).
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Bulbs are not illegal to buy. Therefore I can give you specific instructions where to buy them. Diamaru in Melbourne Central has them. $6.15 for a box of 10. In the kitchen utensil section. IT's best to just ask at a service counter inside this particular department as they are small boxes and are hidden on a shelf full of shit. As for a cracker, I suggest making your own. We couldn't find a place which sells them anywhere in the city. I went to Bunnings Warehouse and up to the copper gas fittings section and cobbled together a bulb cracker using elbow joints, threaded extensions and screw on end caps. I drilled a hole for a nail in through the top directly above where the bulb screws in. This nail was bent over at the top and wired into place and sealed up with superglue. You just slide the bulb in and screw on the cap. This pushes the bulb up against the nail which pierces the seal. You back the cap off slowly and this releases the gas out of the elbow outlet into a balloon you've put on the end, and you have one hit on the good stuff. We used 15mm copper pipe. Take a bulb with you to make sure it will fit properly. If you want to get elaborate (we did), you can setup some tap style gas valves and T pieces so that you can fill a giant size balloon with about 10 bulbs without losing any gas, and then release them through another valve and a piece of hose to the person wanting to be spun out! You just turn the nob when you want another lung full. It's a piece of hardware that's for sure! Hope this helps. Maxi Foods in Ferntree Gully has them, all House stores stock them, and a place called Consuming Passions on Elizabeth Street also sells them. Don't go to SafeWay, Coles or Franklins. Don't go to a liquor store. Diamaru is the place to go!

Concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful or fatal. Please be careful with compressed gas, the burns caused by the freezing cold of gas undergoing rapid expansion are very real, and very painful.
Also... having every Melb BL going to one place to buy their bulbs will possibly quickly result in those bulbs being taken off shelves or off sale completely. Dozens of people coming in day after day to buy boxes of bulbs looks a bit suspicious.

"What they're trying to do with radio, with this, uh, McCarron-Walter Act and a lot of other ways, is start by saying that they're protecting the public from wicked rock bands, or girlie magazines, or whatever. But, if you follow the chain of dominoes that falls down, what they're really trying to do is shut off our access to information itself. If they can't do it by law they know there's other ways to do it."

Bulbs aren't all that hard to find. When in doubt, ask! As for crackers, i'd recommend getting a proper dispenser. Whipped cream dispensers can be found where the bulbs are but tend to be a tad pricey. Try asking cafes and restaurants if they're willing to let their old ones go or try Camberwell Mkt. Soda dispensers go really cheap and the concept is the same but don't know if it works as well.

if u want the real stuff uve gotta get a liscence for the medical grade nitrous
a couple of buds for schoolies said that they needed it for their car because they drag race his kingswood
this shit is incredible compared to the shitty little bulbs
after sitting there for an hour and a half constantly inhaling balloons of the stuff u cant think anymore
personally my vision just shattered into a thousand little diamonds after each hit and u just have to get another balloon into you as soon as possible
this went on till we realised that the tank was almost empty after only 3 days out of the week

the other guys who were regular bulb users said that having one balloon of it was better than having 3 normal bulbs in one

well the person who started this thread didn't bother to say which town they were in.
just like any other post here can we please get used to saying:

the poster is from sydney btw...
fuck im getting sick of how melb-centric its getting in BL, and i live here...
oh and i think "catering suppliers and supermarkets" is specific enough. if you cant find one with that information then youare beyond hope. the BL philosophy on supliers, legal or otherwise, is we will not hand the information to you. the info will always be around, but its up to you to find it.
at BL we are here to offer advice and information once you actually have drugs. how you get them is your own business.
thank you, drive thru...

Hey I'm from Sydney, and we usually rack bulbs and bulbinator from my friend's cafe..... ooops!! I meant to say "we purchase said items from a reputable, unnamed retailer"

danmachine is right. Once you've tried nitrous out of a tank you'll never want to go back to ordinary bulbs.
I've never felt better on drugs than after a good pill and a huge baloon of nitrous from a tank.

exactly what i was thinking johnboy...
when i was told to look for them in the supermarket it took me five seconds to find them, not a street directory and somebody holding my hand!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE NITROUS TANKS THAT ARE MADE TO DRAG CAR RACING!!!
I know cos i asked this question not too long ago and even tho' it may seem to be the same, NOS Products have an added ingredient that makes it POISONOUS!!! (source: read this in Pinger's FAQ Thread on N20..)

I'm not sure about up in Sydney but some places down here (not sure if it's all) in Melbourne, they are behind the counter where you buy cigarette's.
Happy bulbing

I'm off to get some today

I know this started off as a "where can I get" thread but I notice someone's posted up something about going thw automotive stuff for days on end, not being able to think etc.
I guess you don't want the fun police barging in and.. well.. spoiling fun
smile.gif
but do you guys know *how much* damage this does to you!?!? Erk!!
I think often it's not the core drugs being consumed in a scene (speed, mdma, tobacco and weed in this scene for example) but all the other stuff you get roped into by mates etc. Bulbs are kinda fun but it's real kiddy stuff you should grow out of. Why wreck your brain hard, when you can go out and have ten times as much fun with probably 10 times less damage on a good MD pill.

Hey Vido,
To give you an answer to your question:
I recently bought a soda syphon which works really really well, from David Jones in Chatswood Chase. Excellent piece of apparatus but unfortunately costs $91.17. An alternative is to go to either Chef's Warehouse in Riley St, Surry Hills (Three blocks down from Oxford St) which is open weekdays (but I think it's closed till Jan 10th!), or The Essential Ingredient, corner of Australia Lane and Broadway, which I THINK is open 7 days (Better check in the Yellow Pages if interested). Both these as you can tell are Chef equipment suppliers. They don't sell soda syphons but they do sell whipped cream dispensers which are great quality and just as good. At Chef's Warehouse there are two models, an $82 model and a $92 model. They both sell bulbs aplenty. $4.50 per box 10 at Chef's; the cheapest I've seen anywhere. Did you know that bulbs must be sold GST free? I thought the Government was meant to DISCOURAGE us from having a good time! Hehe.
(Another handy hint: If, when you purchase your goodies from Chef's Warehouse, they ask you whether the purchase is for TRADE purposes, then say 'yes' and you'll get %25 off! No I'm not kidding. I'm a chef and every time I've been there I get %25 off.)
Hope this is adequately informative. Happy cracking.

Everyone talks about Nitrous from a bottle. Where can you get a bottle and nitrous from? We rang BOC gases and asked about a bottle with gas for drag racing applications, but this sounds like it might be a NOS products kind of thing (with poisonous gas added). Where can I get some medical grade stuff?

from what i understand you need a special liscence for NO2 medical grade, hook up with a doctor or dentist maybe?

Hey Apple, Luco is making a good point, and one that shouldn't be dismissed by questioning when he last had a bulb.
I've only tried bulbs once or twice and it wasn't a bad experience. However it is known that the effect of inhaling nitros is that it removes oxygen from the blood and thus from the brain cells. Since they don't have any oxygen they cease to function effectively (resulting in the blissful faintness) - and for a fair few its permenant. So basically every bulb you do is destroying thousands of brain cells.
This is as opposed to amphetamines or E which alter the way the cells work, but don't usually result in the destruction of cells.
And its amazing how few people know this and I'm glad it was pointed out. Everyone needs to be able to make an informed decision about what they do to their bodies.

I can't see whats wrong with it.. surely, As long as you allow a equal amounts of air into you as you do nitrous, then brain damage doesn't occur.. How else could people go to a dentist and sitt for an hour sucking in ntrious every six months... Surely it not "that" bad for you... If its still used... Just my two cents..
