SO i'm prescribed 60mg vyvanse a day (switched from adderall IR, but still don't like the "comedown from vyvanse" either so thinking of trying dexedrine I take vyvanse usually a few times a week with no tolerance from day 1 at 120mg for when I feel I really need it. But I have been taking it less and less often because regardless of what, I never can beat ALL of the negative effects of the vyvanse and only feel real good for 4-5 hours, and like shit for the next 36 hours despite of eating, drinking water, and even exercising sometimes.
I am also prescribed klonopin 1mg twice a day, and this is the only one of the 3 medications (all highly controlled substances) that I do take regularly usually, and don't abuse. I do skip doses here and there to avoid a further tolerance until I start feeling sick.
Final foremost my most sought after benzo was temezapam because when I first tried it a few years ago with no tolerance, I just remember this sigh of relief and it was amazing (just like all other benzos when you are not tolerant to them). I get the 30mg capsules once a day, but honestly I probably take 4 pills out of the whole month, and they are stacking up. I don't believe or like the idea of selling these medications since I know some people really would love some of them, however instead I just save them when I don't need or take them for rare cases/emergencies where I met need a few more extra which is not often.
I also have been smoking marijuana daily for 6 months without any negative side effects at all, since I have been smoking marijuana, I have become much less depressed/overly hyper and worried all the time, and just more slowed down (since I am too energetic). I love it and by choice, due to a lack of finding a new job I am temporarily quitting probably for 3-4 months or less if I find a job sooner. This is very very hard for me to do, but I have saved up extra extra klonopins to get me through my first day of not having any weed (starting thursday) so i know sleep wont' be an issue, neither should be anxiety. It's just so damn cravings! But from what I remember from a long time ago was that it seems like the marijuana cravings never go away, but I think I remember after 2-3 days they suddenly decrease/go away, so I hope I can make it through without failing my plan.
Anyways so because benzos are cross tolerant (Idk to what extent klonopin/temezapam are cross tolerant but I know pretty high). To get a similar feeling from the only time I took 30mg of temezapam in the past, I now took 180mg (I KNOW RIGHT!) But that's because of my daily klonopin. Anyways I feel real spacy mildly euphoric, and like real spacy. Temezapam makes me always feel "spacy" at higher doses, but i've never blacked out on any benzos by themselves even with no tolerance of 4mg xanax's on several occassions. I remember things real well, and because I have more energy than most people, it takes higher doses and stronger drugs to put me down.
Anyways why is temezapam the only benzo I have taken that if I take (180mg, Idk if thats a real high dose for someone who takes klonopin 1mg 2x a day) but i feel like its almost like a mild pain killer. My muscles are kinda relaxed, slight floaty feeling, and EARLIER I was having severe brain tingling which felt sooooo goood. However it's been 5 hours and although I don't mind, I'm just curious why It hasn't worn off? It never really does. I'm sure some people would love that. I'm in a semi blackout stage. I know what i'm saying and what's going on, but I have a feeling people would experience much more blackout/amnesia than I do, considering I dont have a HUGE benzo tolerance. Does anyone else feel like higher doses of temezapam lasts pretty much the whole day??? Please answer, I want some input, I know you temezapam people are out there....
