When will shit stop moving? (been 5 months, with anxieties)

Aye, there is one thing to be sure of even when doubting the entire universe: the fact that there is doubt, means that something definitely exists, else there wouldn't be anything to doubt in the first place.

The white noise fuzz that you see is actually really common in a lot of people, especially nerdy gamer types. Our mothers told us to not sit too close to computer screens and a lot of our generation spends 8+ hours in front of some kind of backlit screen everyday. It can leave burnt images on your retinas, similar to leaving a pause screen on a plasma TV for too long.

Also, the warping and what not can happen after you have been looking at a repeating pattern for an extended time. If you just spent a while driving in a car and looking out the window things might still seem like they are shifting in that direction.

Here's a video example:

I also have the same visual symptoms as you. I think for the most part it's your brain over analysing normal visual distortions and contributing the effect to the drugs you took.

I used to think I'd fucked myself for life but then remembered I used to stare at the same spot when I was a child and see an identical effect, long before I'd even heard of drugs. Just try and forget about it and so will your brain. Now you mention it again everything has started swirling.

You may have symptoms of hppd. i see the same stuff everyday and have been for years. my hppd is very mild but yet i see thick static and walls breathe. the world looks different yes. but all of this is in a good way, i got into doing psycedelics knowing it could change me. and i encourage it too! oh and yes i may not have hppd. my opinion could be is that both our brains are over analyzing and recognizing visual abnormalities that weve always had, same with wat blobby said above. Just ignore it after a few months you wont even realize. your fine!
