When to take visteril

About two and a half hours ago I took 140mgs of vyvanse. Not sure if that has any effect of when I should and can take visteril but figured I'd throw it out there just in case.
Anywho, I have a volleyball meet up for the first time tonight at 7 (it's currently 430) and I want to possibly take my visteril before hand as to not be a nervous antisocial wreck meeting the other girls and coach and such. It's a 50mg pill btw. My concern is if it will make me too sleepy, but idk cuz I took all that vyvanse.
Do you think it will be beneficial? And if so, what time should I take it at so it's kicked in by the right time?
Also, idk about anyone else and don't know much about visteril but I feel like I tend to get SUPER silly on it. The last few nights that I've taken it, I laugh like seriously a lot more than usual, don't know if it's just cuz I'm so tired and loopy or the medication?
Ay input? And is it even safe to take it after just taking so much vyvanse?

It should be okay to take after taking the vyvanse. Actually, you should be able to get a good, chilled out feeling without being too sleepy. I would take it about an hour before you need to be there. I find that if I tak etoo much on its own, it is a dirty tired feeling, but the vyvanse should make it just perfect.

Yah idk what it is lol I just got rxed it a few days ago and I've just been like loopy about an hour or two after I take it, I guess cuz I get tired and relaxed?
I just hope I don't get like that and make a fool of myself at the first meet. I'm pretty damn nervous bout it and all.

you will be just safe and calm, no worries. Vistaril is a mild antihistmine, with stronger sedative effects, same class as benadryl. Vistaril does make ya tired to a degree. its nothing you can black out on
