Opioids When to take Hydrocone?

I took 800mg of ibuprofen for an IUD insertion at 11am, but it did hardly anything for the pain. I’m thinking of taking hydrocodone because I have two leftover from a wisdom teeth removal. How long should I wait until I take the hydrocodone? This pain is getting to be unbearable and the physician didn’t prescribe any stronger painkillers. Also will hydrocodone really even help with the pain at all? 2 Pamprin Max’s usually knock my ass out and give me sleep paralysis but the pain is at least eased for a while.
