I'm taking Alpha-GPC as my choline source. Should i be taking it at the same time as my piracetam before or after?

I'm taking about 800-1000mgs of piracetam in the morning. I have 300mg capsules of the alpha gpc. I've been taking 300mg of alpha-gpc with the piracetam. I've been thinking of upping the alpha-gpc to 600mgs a day. Is there any draw back to taking too much alpha-gpc? Should i take all 600mgs at once or break up the doses over a day?

1g/day piracetam is a very low dose of piracetam.

You know the long term high dose study you probably read about?

They gave some people with a progressively degenerative neurological disorder associated with seizuures up to 28g/day. Side effects were mild, few, and transient.

They saw little but improvement, but 28g/day test subjects showed more improvement than the 2 lower (albeit still large) amounts of piracetam.

Alpha GPC, im not sure about. I have a bucket of Choline citrate and I eat a gram every now and again. Try bumping piracetam up to like 1-2 gram 3 times a day.

Also, there may be a better forum for this. Nootropics really aren't psychedelics.

well there's no nootropics subforum and i think this is where nootropics are usually discussed. but do i need to take them both at the same time or should i be taking one before the other?

piracetam amps acetylcholine transmision in muscarinc neurons in the hipocampus and other receptors in the brain which increases the brain capacity to learn and maintain focus because of increased musacrinic receptor number and of increased overall brain function and nutrition utilazing, which leads in depletion of acetylcholine which leads to headaches and slightly decreased theapeutical eficiency of effects of above mentioned, because of lack of acetylcholine from the acetylcholine neuron ganglia but this condition is achieved only after large increase of piracetam dose over months of continious use.Advisable is to take choline source from food(in nature lecethin and choline are contained in most vegetable and protein food) and when the dose needs more choline proceed in taking choline supplement.
Piracetaam should be taken 45minutes before meal while choline during food,have in mind that your brain on piracetam need more nutritient than usual thus you need more carbonhydrates slightly more protein(advisable is sea food protein) and healthy fats Ω-complex and normal cholesterol intake,essential aminoacids ,vitamins and other.i would suggest spirulina which contains all mentioned,or the royal juice from bees.
DOSAGE:1st.month:2g Pir/3times a day no choline,2nd month :4g /3 Ch/100mg /3times during meal,--> X month P+1g pir/3times 45mins before meal Ch/Ch+50mg/3times caping at 10,5gpiracetam per dose along with 600mg choline Drink water 3litres per day.
smoking reduces the theraupetical efect so try too reduce or do not smoke , cafeine intake shouldnt be more than 300mg per day..
If you folow the above to are gonna be a brain child XD
