I haven't slept for 2 days and I have been redosing.I find myself kind of off when I walk around but I still crave the euphoria from taking a new hit. Im curious on what warnings do you get from your body that makes you stop using to prevent any dangerous health complications? I find it real easy to underestimate the effects of the drug when smoking it as you can just take another hit and judge your condition by how you feel rather than judging by how much you consumed.

I smoke bud weed....it brings me back to reality...I start thinking what are u doing , something bad is going 2 happen so if u want to live or stay out of jail/prison u have to stop,, then I get a plan of action,, get rid of and drugs or paraphernalia right then or soon....then plan on in patient or if u can do it on your own ...u might need to ask someone to help you get rid of stuff so when u come home there won't be anything around to trigger u..... A big one for me is social media.....if I really want a chance at staying clean I have to delete all that bullshit....well good luck , hope this could he of help to someone

Do you mean recover for good or recover from that binge? I personally think you need to try to sleep every night. If you don't, plan on staying in. There's no reason to put yourself, and others at risk by going out. I am a fairly long term user (2017). I've noticed you hit a plateau. Doing more won't get you high or give you that euphoria. Chasing the euphoria isIt just keeps your body awake and you feel like a zombie. At that point, there's no point in doing more. You have to know your limits though. If you are tired, lay down. Drink lots of fluids. Eat something, even if you're not hungry. Looking into vitamins or supplements isn't a bad idea either.
If you meant recover for good, I saw something the other day that I could relate to. Most users are pretty solitary creatures. I personally like being alone a lot of the time. But an important step is you have to get involved with things. It doesn't have to be meetings, but that might be a good place to meet people who don't use. You don't need to go to rehab. You need to find something to fulfill you, something rewarding to you. Volunteering at an animal shelter, become a big brother or sister, volunteer at a food pantry, do something to give back to your community. Counseling does help. Get to the bottom of why you use in the first place. Work on that. Don't feel defeated if you relapse. 95% of meth users relapse at least one time.
