2 weeks since I took 30mg Diazepam (Diaz has little to no cross-tolerance with Flubro)

3 and a half weeks since I took my last dose of FlubromazoLAM which was 8mg
, equivalent to 24mg Clonazepam, however I used Flubro for 2 weeks starting at 1mg and escalated to 8mg and went through terrifying withdrawals.

Yesterday I used 100mg of Phenobarbital and got very strong and long lasting effects, and last week I consumed quite a lot of alcohol and used Phenobarbital twice. I do know that ethanol and barbiturates have no cross tolerance with benzos, but they still build general GABA-A tolerance.

In about a month or so, I have to travel somewhere and I am likely going to get a script for 1mg Lorazepam, so if I don't use any GABAnergics within this month, will those 1mg Ativans work?

Another question: Which opioid is best for anxiety management? Methadone looks promising due to it's NMDA antagonism and 36h half-life.

To be honest after going thru those withdrawals you went thru and the dose you were at I'd be scared to touch benzos ever again but that's just me. Well if you don't touch any GABAergics and that includes alcohol for the next month you should be able to get relief from your anxiety with those 1mg Ativan you're getting but could very easily end up back to square one when those are gone and I doubt you wanna go thru withdrawal again. As far as best opiates for anxiety management? I can't comment on that but I Will say using something as strong as methadone probably isn't your best bet.

I certainly won't build benzo dependance ever again. Flubromazolam is a truly mysterious benzo, and a toxic one too. The WDs were delayed by 3 days, but when they started, it was 3 days of terrifying hell + 1 seizure, severe palpitations and a lot... a lot of pain..., but on the 4th day physical WDs got better and eventually disappeared on the 5th day. By toxic, I mean it has severe liver toxicity and negative effect on your kidneys, far more than that of Triazolam. A month before my 2 week binge, I had ultrasonography done, and it revealed that my liver was abnormally enlarged and I had a strange abnormality in my kidneys. HOWEVER I did not drink any alcohol at the time, BUT I have used Flubro for a month only twice a week without building dependance.

As for the other question I have limited experience with opioids. I have only tried Hydromorphone and Fentanyl, and both of them were quite boring and did nothing for my anxiety, and fentanyl made me aggressive for some reason. So potency isn't an issue for me, and long half-life is even better. The NMDA antagonism should improve the anxiolytic effect.
