Whats Your Rave Scene Like

In atlanta our Rave Scene changes every couple years but for the most part has stayed solid. Mdma used to be popular but now everybody is on supremes, teslas, warner brothers, snapchats and a few other brands.

A Rave, really? What is the average age at a Rave? I would love to know the average age of the posters on this board, because now I'm feeling old. Damn!! I respect all on the board but I think it can be hard to relate to 14 or 15-year-old kids. Hopefully I can at least help them from hurting themselves.
 
I think people here just like doing meth and heroin before publicly engaging in sex acts tbh

As soon as I go to my first rave here I'll let you know. Looking forward to it.
 
For future reference you have to be 18 to rave; although there is this one bi-monthly rave called kingdom rave that allows 17 yr olds and is loose on their id policy. So the age range is like 18 to late thirties ....plus that old person who respects and loves the culture so decided to comeback. The local raves are Rush Lounge, Ultra Dope, Kingdom, and then your venues thay have dubstep artists. ?

I am 44 and still enjoy a good dance in the forest on acid. Cant beat it.
 
I havent been to a rave in a few years but honestly if you are going for the music and atmosphere why would it matter what the average age is? Maybe I am mistaken but taking acid or ecstasy and dancing has only a "lowest age to enjoy without worry" not really a highest age, that is provided you can still dance move around and handle said drugs. I wish to be attending festivals and raves until i am old and gray.
 
I don't consider doofs the same thing as raves personally. Sure they both involve music and drugs, but I've never attended a rave where everyone held hands in a circle and meditated before the event or stopped the music mid event while everyone did a sweep of the site picking up rubbish.
 
True enough. Raves of the 'other' kind aren't really something i've bothered with for many years.
Because the 'club scene' where i live fucking sucks, and the kind of raves associated with that don't really interest me.

Lol, plur doesn't exist anymore (barely). It used to and people were all nice and care about venues. Yeah, there are cuddle puddles, but not everyone is about that life. Also places get fucking destroyed/trashed. Nobody really cares anymore. Some do. Also with that dirty ass trap kids are into today... the rooms can get filthy and definitely no huggy feeling. Other that that, yes there is still good music, but definitely not like it was for you older peeps... not even how it was when I started going back when I was 16 and sneaking in with my friends who dj. Good memories.

I still have fun. I don't really go out as much as I did though. Also people seem so washed up D:
