What's your motivation?

Motivation goes away shortly. It lasts 2-3 weeks, 4 if you're lucky. It's all about habit.

For me it's taken years to make it a habit. It's not a perfect habit, but it's a pretty strong one.
 
The mirror
Caring about my health
Pretending to be better than those eat constantly shovel processed shit into their mouths
Using my external appearance to compensate for self-loathing feelings
I also love working out for its own sake
 
Make the starting (the hardest part) easy:
I promise myself to just do a few minutes the first day and gradual increase it.
This works for many things.
