Definitely have my tolerance through the roof. Have only been back on fentanyl for 6ish months and already getting sick if I don't use. Awful Awful drug. I wish I never touched it. Got a doc appointment tomorrow and going to see about switching to the patches

this morning i smoked meth

I'll never have a solid answer for these kinds of posts, but currently: ~15-20mg Meth orally (vape if nothing needs to be done that day), or 100-200mg caffeine if I need to get shit done but not take meth.
*okay, sometimes I go up to 60mg orally, rarely taken at once/usually spread between 2 or 3 doses.

I usually always smoke weed at the end, but I've taken 4 days cold turkey (1.5+ years heavy daily...)
, 1/3 bowl smoked last night and doing my best to not smoke more so far!
