What's your favorite study combo?

For all of you in College, what is your favorite study combo?

For me it it vyvanse/klonopin. I am extremely ADHD and it is very hard for me to study w/o vyvanse or adderal, but when I take either of them I get extremely jittery and anxiety attacks. Even at low doses (15mg AD, 30mg vyv). The Klonopin calms my nevers to where I am actually able to pay attention to what I am studying and not the anxiety.

What are ya'lls?

I took that combo today, but I rather vyvanse because of the duration.

To each their own. I find 4-5 hours enough and if needed I'll take another.

Caffeine and vitamin b12. I've got ADD but I don't like MPH and I've had substance abuse issues in the past so I try my hardest to abstain from amphetamines.

Caffeine is the furthest I'd go, other drugs lead to me forgetting the information the next day or making me able to look at the page, but unable to focus.

I dunno why you'd use a benzo for studying... I think personally a low dose of hydrocodone with dexedrine works really well, they allow me to study somewhat calmy and it seems to help with the memory issues of amp. Normally with dex by itself I end up studying very inefficiently and I just keep going and going thinking it's helping, but really it all ends up being kind of a blur in the end. The vic makes me a bit less motivated, but it allows me to study more efficiently it seems.

Edit: I'm actually not sure if that vic helps at all tbh
