What's the Spread On... (C** N*****)

What's the spread for how many weeks it will take for Cam Newton to be deemed ineligible for the entire season? I'm going to say 14 weeks, but I will take the over. The FBI is even investigating an Auburn booster guy for funneling money from a nonprofit organization. I don't know if Cameron Newton and family took money (or tried to) or not, but I really expected this whole thing to blow over by now.

I have no clue as to how long this process will take. usually the NCAA committee takes months and months, but I heard the FBI is involved now - and they have the subpoena power that the NCAA doesn't have. so it could be more speedy than usual
