Yeah, and so can meth itself. Any drug with the capability of inducing psychosis can also trigger long lasting psychosis. I see no reason why PCP would induce a longer lasting or significantly "worse" degree of psychosis than meth. Chasing shadow people with loaded shotguns, or locking yourself in the closet with all electronics off because you think the DEA have your phone tapped and house surrounded isn't any less glamorous than the odd fuck who decided to smoke too much PCP and now thinks he can take on the world. I'm lazy atm so I'm just gonna bust out the wikipedia as a source of lasting psychosis, source claims are on the page. This isn't exactly groundbreaking information though, long lasting psychosis from meth is well documented.

True, but stimulants psychosis actually can be overcome just through the power of your mind.
I had meth psychosis and it was horrible. Learned a lot, and had it a second time and was able to talk myself out of it.
If you are aware of psychosis and paranoia, you can re-assure yourself and break out of it.
But I think stimulants psychosis is a myth. I think this is because of sleep deprivation, and how stimulants keep you up for nights and nights, not the drugs themselves.
Just like people attribute cocaine to heart attacks, and while a really high dose, too much physical activity, or someone who has a bad heart, can get this, most the time, it is actually a panic attack which people think is a heart attack.
A lot of things blamed on drugs are not actually side effects.
Like meth doesn't cause anorexia, it just kills the appetite. If you remember this and eat despite it, you won't have this problem.
It also doesn't cause you to get scabs on your skin if you are aware of it, and avoid picking and mirrors.
Meth mouth = also a myth, not caused by meth but from junkies not brushing teeth because they are having too much fun.
Proof? I know a chronic myth smoker who is a 10 year veteran, still has perfect teeth.
Not saying drugs don't have side effects, but used responsibly, they are either complete lies or over-exaggerated.
