I don't remember the author's name or the name of the book. But basically it's a book that contains instructions on how to synthesize almost any drug you could imagine. It wasn't a Shulgin book. It contained many more recipes of all sorts of different classes of drugs, both OTC and not OTC.
It had a chapter for each different class of drug, like an amphetamine chapter, an opioid chapter, etc.
I remember someone on BL actually linked to an online version of the book.
