Peking Opera Blues (1986)

I enjoy the recent Arrow 4K remasters of all these classic Hong Kong flicks. This was was probably my least favorite of them though, because while I thought the historical aspect would be interesting, it was instead confusing, and the film relied far too much on humor that just didn’t land for me.

last movie i watched was Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. i don’t watch a lot of movies, but that’s a go-to movie when i want a romance to sob to. i do wanna see the Backrooms movie and Obsession. just didn’t get around to seeing em in theaters
