What's the Deal With Prescription Drugs in Paraguay and Argentina?

I'm travelling to Paraguay and Argentina, and I was wondering how difficult/easy it might be to obtain prescription opiates/benzos in these countires? How would I go about getting them? I don't even know what the name brands are. Thanks a lot.
