Note: all of these were or are prescribed to me.
I'm prescribed Klonopin 1mg and Adderall 20mgXR and Adderall 10mgIR monthly.
Also, Xanax 1mg, Vicodin 5mg, and Morphine 30mg. These were one-off prescriptions--that is, a few times in the past I was prescribed them but I'm not prescribed them monthly.
I get nervous in social situations, so at first I just used Klonopin (helped by Tagamet), alcohol, meclizine to avoid alcohol vomiting. And ephedrine (Bronkaid) to stay awake. But then I noticed that even though I didn't have any anxiety, I didn't have any energy, initiative, or motivation to go do anything either, like talk to someone or dance.
So then I started using Adderall (helped by antacids). But I can't tell whether the Adderall increases my anxiety, even though I'm pretty sure it gives a confidence boost.
Recently, I started throwing opiates into the mix but I can't tell what additional effect the opiates have. I haven't taken enough opiates for long enough to develop a tolerance.
Even on all of this, I still care a great deal about what others think of me, so I hesitate to say or do things.
Yesterday, I took the following:
-1mg Klonopin (+ Tagamet)
-.5mg Xanax (+ Tagamet)
-5mg Vicodin (+ Tagamet)
-30mg Adderall (+antacid)
-50mg Meclizine (to not vomit or get dizzy)
-8-10 drinks of alcohol, low moderate alcohol tolerance (maybe).
Even so, at times I was still at a loss for words, not sure what to say etc.
It seems like my speech capacity is somewhat impaired but I can't tell whether this is just normal alcohol, or anxiety, or residual damage from a few E rolls over the summer and an OTC GABA withdrawal.
