What's best for opiate constipation?

Sorry I know it's a gross topic. But it's reality. What's the best thing to take for opiate ( brown black tar) constipation ?? I smoke brown daily for few years . Is there anything that doesn't hurt your stomach real bad ??? Cuz I been doin opiates for few years and i need to do this for health reasons. But I really hate stomach pains. When I was a kid I uses to get stomach pains alot randomly and it hurt sooooo bad so I really don't want to go thru stomach pains while cleaning out my system in that way

So I'm wondering if there is anything that I can take that wont hurt my stomach really bad but still work and make me go. Or is every constipation / stool softener meds gonna make my stomach hurt no matter
what???????????????

Indeed, constipation, caused by opioids or otherwise, can be a painful and potentially dangerous situation. Our organs cannot expand infinitely. Our body"s are capable of a wide range of disgusting functions, so who cares about modesty.

Miralax has always been a great aid in my experience. It's available at any pharm or store. Also, fiber can help get things moving. Metamucil is a solid choice. In my ow personal experience, an enema can also work.

Also, there are various OTC laxative products, each varying in speed and intensity if action.

Good luck. Good luck I've been on the floor writhing in pain from. Opiate/oid induced constipation, so it's no joke.
 
I found Laxido is the best for constipation and extremely gentle. I have such a sensitive tummy I'm on a PPI, so Laxido is very gentle and works very quickly!
 
Thanks I'm mostly looking for the one that isn't painful to my stomach. Cuz like I said as a kid I used to get super bad stomach pains when on the toilet. I need to clean my system and go but I need to find the best way that isn't painful to the stomach or less painful.

Cuz I remember being in soooo much stomach cramp pain as a kid before i did drugs on the toilet that I would even pray to god to make the pain stop and I'm not even a religious person so that's how painful it was

. Sounds silly
but it's one of the worst pains to me and I want to avoid the stomach pain.

I can handle butt pain( again gross sorry). But stomach cramps pain is unbearable to me

And thanks I didn't know who to ask cuz I know it's not healthy being constantly constipated.
 
Hello all. This topic is gross, so be forewarned. I'm an old lady with kids so I know all about poop.

For me - I'm a sniffer/tooter and you know, I've tried ex-lax pills & chocolates also milk of magnesia tablets. I can take double the amount and still won't be able to shit. I found that if i wait in the morning before my first dope of the day - i'm just sweaty/withdrawing enough that it's easier on my butthole so squeeze one of those rocks out. Sometimes they're bloody. They look like golf balls/small rock hard meatballs - the first one is AGONY but then a bunch more come and if I don't get high within the next two hours or so, I've got to go AGAIN and it comes out much easier.

You're lucky if laxatives work on you. Have you tried an enema? I have never done, but you squirt the stuff up your butt and you hold it in for like ten minutes while laying on the floor sideways and then jump on the toilet - stuff should shoot out!
