Whate does bluelight mean?

This was ask (but not answered) in a thread that was closed because the dude decided it was unanswerable without a picture of his xanax. I'm kinda curious about that myself, I'll go way out on a limb and assume most of you know what xanax look like so I didn't bother to post any pics.

I just thought is was a play on the phrase Red light district. If red light is sex, then blue light is drugs. I could be wrong though.
