What would be a good dose of Focalin for concentration?

What would be a good dose of Focalin if I just want to concentrate? I have taken 40mg of it before, but that made me just really hyper, kind of like Caffeine.

I weigh 180 pounds.

I'm not asking for a specific dose, but I'd like just an in-general range.

That is an in general range.

Take 20mgs instead to not be so jittery to where you can't function.

I think 10-20mg is good dose for performance enhancing and studying/working effectively.

Recreational doses can be higher depending on the invidual.
