Chronic illness and in the midst of cold turkey off 4 mg klonopin. Was for <most painful disease known to mankind>
I have many physical ailments. Trauma. Grief. Misdiagnosis galore.
For my fellow default suicide thinkers-what do you DO?
I would love to hear about your solutions to keep going.
Thank you

Nourishing connections with nourishing people; nourishing food and sleep, a desire to accept my demons before I tackle them; accepting every fear as essentially, the fear of death; being patient with yourself, compassion, accepting ignorance and nurturing the patience to learn and give space to/for,dark thoughts, anger, laughter and all your emotional states etc. Compassion in abundance,<3

I'll leave this here.

I try to make connections outside of the human world (not instead of, just beyond). Making a connection with an animal, with a place in nature, even a place in an urban environment that makes me feel at ease or gives me pleasure. I live by the ocean so it is easy to connect to something vast and timeless and so much bigger than my little ego-driven life. But if I did not live by the ocean, I would seek out a place with old trees--they give the same perspective.<3
