I have been taking close to 150-220 mg of oxycodone daily for a few years.. I'm out. And will not have anymore for a cpl weeks. This has happened once b4 and If anyone that has been through "wd" before can tell yeah... It's worst then the "flu" 10x worst. I have read so many threads about what is going to start happening to my body. Just thought I would try to reach out.

There are lots of threads on this topic already. I suggest you using the search box. That's a pretty large daily dose so chances are it will not be pleasant until you get your refill. I hate to suggest a benzo, because it can often lead to switching one addiction for another or possibly adding a new one. But, with that said from my experience withdrawing from my prescription of oxycodone by xanax script is the biggest life saver.
I suggest you take a benzo of some sort to help with RLS, anxiety and some other symptoms.
I also suggest you not using them for more than a week to reduce the chance of a habit. I usually wait until my symptoms are too much to handle then take a 2mg xanax. Loperamide (imodium) is a good tool as well during withdrawals. If you take a look around the forum, you will see a lot of threads on imodium helping people through withdrawals.

Remember to stay hydrated and try eating. In a bit when you start to feel a bit better make sure to exercise. I'm sure other members will chime in soon.

good luck

As he ^^ said there are thousands of threads on opiate withdrawal...

some quick suggestions: Loperamide, benzos (but not too many you don't want to get addicted to that as well), take vitamins and try and force food down. Other than that there isn't really much you can do. 200's of mg's is alot of oxy but people have withdrawn off of MUCH worse. Good luck man.
