False, read my link.
Shulgins work states that (S)+ MDMA full affects are felt at 120mg, Racemic is 140-160mg and (R)- can be up to 200mg to feel full affects, this also makes sense from a biochemical point of view as one version is likely to be stronger then the other (or have slightly different affects) and Racemic (which is nearly all MDMA anywhere) is a mixture of the both as this is it's natural way to form during synthesis from my understanding.

No, you've conflated potency with superiority. The S isomer is basically just a straight stimulant, and those are ten a penny and not all that interesting. You don't "feel the full effects" at all from the S isomer, because it simply cannot provide the same qualitative experience as the racemate at any dose. If you compare AMT and it's 5-methoxylated analogue, the latter is much more potent, but the former is generally regarded as being a more enjoyable drug.
