What to expect when coming down from opiates?

I've never shot opiates before (about 3 2mg Dilaud over 12 hrs) and I'm wondering how bad my crash will be after I get about 10 hours of sleep?

I'm drinking plenty of water and from what I've read, I haven't eaten that much to prevent vomiting upon waking up.

I have a mild opiate tolerance (600 mg T3s PRN for fibromyalga and migrains, 2 mg diluadid prn for post-surgery).
