What to Expect From First Trip in Years.

Hey everyone!

Just curious what your inputs and experiences are on this.

If someone hasn't done LSD in, let's say, three years and at that time they had consumed a fairly liberal amount and were about to try some Mayan Numerals (in case that makes a difference), what would that person expect their reaction to be like? would their tolerance still remain heightened, or over the course of three years would they lose any tolerance to LSD? let's say that person is 6'4 and around 220 pounds, do you think taking two straight out of the gate would be too much?

tolerance to LSD doesn't last very long, however you may still remember the LSD trip itself so it won't be as novel to your body as would someone using it the first time. I'd expect a feeling of remembering an experience you completely forgot about, a sense of wonder and amazement. Likely some euphoria, laughing and an newly found interest in life and everything about it. When i trip after a long period of abstinence i always get this feeling like i've been here before. It's kind of like the feeling you get when you visit an old town you used to live in.

I don't think two would be too much, as long as you have had previous experience with larger doses of LSD.

From a physical standpoint, your tolerance is gone after 2 weeks. However, I've found the potential for truly mindblowing trips usually happens when there's months or years between them. Two should be perfectly fine if you're experienced, but it's incredibly hard to quantify what 2 hits is exactly - I need to eat 5 today to match 1 or 2 from a decade ago. Very clean, but mic'd low.
