Opioids What to do with a slightly used Fentanyl Matrix patch?

So I came across a 100mcg/hr polymer matrix patch the other day, after looking up different ways to use it I decided to try wearing it, i should note I have a very high opiate tolerance, after wearing it for 2 hours on my Bicep the patch did not really take me out of WD so i took it off and used some other opiates. Now I have a matrix patch that initially had 15.6mgs of fent according to the package (seems high) that has been worn for all but two hours, but now has some dead skin and hair. What can I do with this patch seeing as wearing it had no effect, also what is the best way to go about clleaning the patch of the skin/hair left over.

Any ideas?
 
You could try cutting it into pieces be putting them under your toungue man. Or you could always smoke them?

there is info on extracting somewhere on BL or elsewhere on the internet. look. extract.

and the standard BL warning, most bang it harder than i do: fentanyl is strong as fuck, it has killed people with monster tolerances before, and it will again. its hard to measure micrograms properly.
 
cheek it. it takes 10-12 hrs for the patch to start working when you wear it like you're supposed to, that's why you didn't feel anything after 2 hours. Cut it up in 8 strips and put 1 on the inside of your cheek. Don't move it and try not to salivate too much. You will feel it within 30 minutes. You can clean it by swabbing it with rubbing alcohol or even better, mouthwash.
