So, say you overdose, which has happened for me a few times now, not all minimal and not all unintentional - what can you do to save your life?

I have a technique that's worked well for me, and I would be interested if it works well for others in similar situations. It's simple; lower your energy to your feet, and put your thumb on one side of your heart, two fingers on the other side, and push in and down. It almost instantly cuts the high off I find! I think because it takes the drug out of overcooking the brain, and kept my heart rate slow enough to see me through.

Hopefuly if you run into trouble this technique can see you through.

Methamphetamine overdoses are medical emergencies and as such the first step is calling an ambulance.

After that, remove any excess clothing, apply damps cloths to the body and sit infront of a fan or air conditioner. Try to avoid any unnecessary movement. The goal here is to reduce core temperature.

Take small sips of cold water but do not force it.

If they stop breathing or have no pulse, begin CPR.

There is absolutely zero evidence what you suggested would actually prevent or even help a methamphetamine overdose. Mechanistically it makes no sense.

If you or someone you know is truly having a methamphetamine overdose they need immediate medical attention. No amount of putting your fingers anywhere (other then on a phone to call an ambulance) is going to actually treat it. This isn't Naruto, it's real life.
