A huge dildo.

I got someone a glass dildo (not huge) for either vday or her birthday, and according to her it was the most thoughtful gift she ever got for whatever occasion it was. But it can be tricky trying to pick out a sex toy for someone since there's so many options. I had gotten some advice from a friend on what to get and ended up pretty much going against all of their advice. It was really a lot of luck that it worked out so good, although the product was rated high and got a lot of good reviews.
